JV Dance Collective is a youth-centered performing arts organization committed to using dance as a tool for growth, expression, and community building. We provide high-quality dance programs that introduce students to a variety of styles while promoting creativity, discipline, teamwork, and confidence. Our collective works closely with schools, community centers, and families to make dance education accessible and impactful. Through classes, residencies, and performance opportunities, JV Dance Collective nurtures not only strong dancers but also empowered individuals prepared to shine on stage and in life.

Founder & Director
Iliana Victor
Iliana Victor is a Brooklyn native who began her dance training at the age of 11 at Westchester Dance Academy. In 2020, she moved to Miami, Florida, where she continued her training with renowned artists Ricky Ubeda and Victor Smalley. After graduating in 2023, Iliana returned to New York City and was selected as the choreographer for a middle school production of The Lion King Jr. Her recent credits include performing as a CHER dancer in the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and appearing in a national commercial for the Sol de Janeiro x Sephora campaign.
